Now in the Bowling Green and Greater Warren County area, Kitchen Towel Productions is a personal chef service that prepares meals in your home based on your personal preferences and meals that are palate specific. Chef Scott Wilson; A.A.C. is a certified personal chef with the United States Personal Chef Association and is a inducted member of the American Academy of Chefs with the American Culinary Federation. He is a 30+year veteran with the food service industry. In addition to his personal chef service Chef Scott provides off site cooking demos and in-home interactive dinner parties. He also provides expertise in recipe development and menu planning for individuals and corporations. He has authored four cookbooks, Dining Under the Magnolia, Healthy Home Cooking, and Eating Healthy Eating Right. His most recent, The Legacy Garden was written with his mother and contains a mix of 130 traditional southern favorites with some new southern classics. In the past, he has served as the Southeastern Demo Chef for AGA ranges and also on the Program Advisory Committee at the International Culinary Schools of the Art Institute of Atlanta. In 2006 he was honored to be named National Chef of the Year by his peers in the United States Personal Chefs Association! In 2012 he was named Chapter Member of the Year by the South Central Kentucky Restaurant Association and is currently nominated for two local National Food Day awards.
